Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact trend reports and future-state briefings for executive stakeholders
- Design innovation roadmaps that align with long-term organizational vision
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development and business strategy processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Experience leading high-impact foresight initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
