- Mentor a team of junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major tech publications
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite strategy with data-driven predictions
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
