Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present foresight insights to investors and board members
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts
- Author thought leadership publications and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of predicting industry trends (showcase portfolio)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or MBA
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills
- Published thought leader (articles, books, or white papers)
- Experience building innovation labs or R&D roadmaps
