Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend reports across technology, economics, and social domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 companies on 2026 market disruptions
- Design innovation frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions targeting 2026 deployment
- Present strategic foresight findings at Davos, CES, and other global innovation summits
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Scanning Methodology
- Advise C-suite on 2026 workforce transformation and talent acquisition strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend analyses (2020-2025 reports required)
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum computing, climate resilience, neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on 5+ year strategic planning cycles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused projects (patents, publications, or implemented solutions)
