Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Interface with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable business strategy
- Curate and present quarterly Future Horizons reports to global stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists on emerging methodologies and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, biotechnology, or climate tech trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Published work in peer-reviewed foresight or technology journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ horizon-scanning projects with measurable impact
