Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological trajectories through 2026
- Develop and present high-impact scenario analyses to C-suite executives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future trends into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain expert networks across AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and innovation frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of influencing executive decision-making
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
