Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping 2026 technology and societal disruptions
- Develop predictive models for AI ethics, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Publish industry-defining white papers on exponential technologies
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford partners
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neurotech
- Present findings at Davos and UN Tech Summits
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Complex Systems
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on quantum computing or biotech convergence
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions (90%+ accuracy)
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI and climate modeling
- Fluency in at least two scientific programming languages (Python/R)
- Track record of incubating ventures valued >$100M
