Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive foresight research and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario plans for emerging markets and disruptive innovations
- Partner with engineering teams to translate future visions into actionable product roadmaps
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings and trend forecasting reports
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Architect innovation pipelines for next-gen technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Mentor junior futurists and establish best practices in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing strategic roadmaps for 2025+ horizons
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems and futurist communities
