Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports for executive stakeholders
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Curate and lead global futurist communities and thought leadership events
- Advect C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategic foresight, or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record of publishing influential industry forecasts
- Expertise in scenario planning and systemic analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic technology adoption
