Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning for transformative technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design and execute scenario-planning workshops for 2026 market evolution
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with strategic recommendations
- Build executive-level relationships across client innovation ecosystems
- Manage cross-functional teams translating foresight into product roadmaps
- Develop proprietary forecasting models using predictive analytics
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and their socioeconomic impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
