Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech, climate tech) and translate trends into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership reports published in top-tier industry publications
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of future intelligence experts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred)
