Responsibilities

- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI implementation and autonomous system governance
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Drive organizational adoption of futures-thinking methodologies across all departments
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodologies for technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
