Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technology disruptors (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Produce actionable trend reports and white papers for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Partner with product development teams to integrate future-proofing principles into R&D roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Establish and maintain an ecosystem of academic, governmental, and industry innovation partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in emerging technology analysis (blockchain, AI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems and academic research institutions
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
