Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Produce actionable future scenario reports and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future possibilities into product development roadmaps and business opportunities
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future scenario methodologies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing trends
- Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills with ability to distill complex information
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Strong network in technology, academia, or policy sectors
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
