- Develop 2026 strategic scenarios and risk mitigation frameworks for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate future-vision workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
- Integrate foresight into product roadmaps and R&D pipelines
- Manage cross-functional futurist task force across global offices
- Present findings to boards and investors through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published research or speaking engagements at global forums
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
