Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-cultural shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Champion innovation culture by identifying emerging opportunities and risk-mitigation strategies
- Represent the organization at global forums, speaking engagements, and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate innovation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or technology strategy
- Experience leading multicultural teams and global stakeholder engagement
