- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-ready capabilities and innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-generation forecasting methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic anticipation across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or high-tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published author or thought leader in futures studies or emerging technologies
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis) and data visualization platforms
