- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Mentor junior futurists and champion foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into successful business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience in C-level stakeholder management
- Published thought leader with demonstrated public speaking at industry conferences
- Portfolio showcasing previous trend analysis and scenario-planning projects
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
