Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and sociocultural shifts to identify opportunities for 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios and innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations on emerging technologies and market evolutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate next-gen products and services
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Advise organizational strategy through quantitative forecasting and qualitative scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Experience leading cross-cultural, global teams in dynamic environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
