Responsibilities

- Produce strategic foresight reports for C-suite and board stakeholders with 5-10 year projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer future-proof methodologies
- Advise product teams on long-term implications of technological disruptions and societal shifts
- Curate and interpret complex data signals to anticipate paradigm shifts in human behavior and markets
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for distilling complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, books, journals)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) or equivalent practical experience
