Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations translating complex future states into actionable insights
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and market strategy
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their disruptive potential
- Establish key performance indicators for future-readiness across organizational functions
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of publishing future-oriented research or scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills with executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful integration of foresight into business strategy
