Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026-2030 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Present executive-level trend briefings with quantitative forecasts and qualitative impact assessments
- Design and deploy proprietary foresight methodologies including Delphi panels and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Author white papers on future of work, climate adaptation, and digital sovereignty for industry publications
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining rigorous standards for data integrity and analytical rigor
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy consulting or applied futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks including STEEP, weak signal detection, and system dynamics modeling
- Proven track record of developing scenario planning tools that drove multi-million dollar decisions
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling (R/Python)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering C-suite briefings
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
