Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic initiatives
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations for C-suite stakeholders on emerging technology disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture early signals
- Drive adoption of strategic foresight methodologies across organizational departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) strongly preferred
