Responsibilities

- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning documents for board-level decision-making

- Mentor junior futurists in advanced methodologies like Delphi and causal layered analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent domains
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven experience translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects delivered
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, SenseMaker)
