Responsibilities

- Deliver keynote presentations at industry conferences and executive summits
- Establish foresight methodologies and train cross-functional teams
- Produce high-impact reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify emerging startups
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects or publications
