Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present compelling vision narratives to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and media partnerships
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's future intelligence capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
