Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, societal shifts, and market dynamics
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Translate foresight into product/service roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Present compelling scenarios to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Author influential thought leadership and whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex datasets
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
- Experience with emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry publications
