Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop data-driven future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion

- Present executive briefings and stakeholder workshops on future opportunities and risks
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry innovators
- Author thought leadership content on future trends and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership with proven futurist track record
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment frameworks

- Portfolio demonstrating future strategy implementations that generated measurable impact
