Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to inform 2026+ strategic vision
- Design and lead innovation incubation programs for next-generation products and services
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for market disruptions and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product development lifecycles
- Present future-state insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and nurture ecosystem partnerships with startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Mentor innovation teams in strategic foresight methodologies and future literacy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep network in tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, Asia)
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends and innovation
- Fluency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
