As a key architect of our future ecosystem, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-disciplinary research pods, and present foresight frameworks to Fortune 500 partners. Your work will directly shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational adaptation to exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 technology horizons
- Lead scenario planning workshops for AI convergence, quantum computing, and biotech acceleration
- Produce trend reports and disruption assessments for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend analysis or scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, or climate tech
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
