Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast industry disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses or thought leadership in tech/innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
