- Produce executive briefings on emerging technologies and their market implications
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Design scenario-planning models for systemic risks and opportunities through 2030
- Mentor junior futurists and establish thought leadership through industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or policy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent professional training
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
