- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Present compelling future visions to stakeholders and drive adoption of innovative concepts
- Curate and maintain a dynamic ecosystem of future-focused partnerships and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or futurist roles at tech-forward organizations
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
