As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with Fortune 500 leaders, academic pioneers, and global think tanks to anticipate paradigm shifts. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational transformation across sectors including AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology trends, market shifts, and disruptive innovations across 15+ emerging sectors
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact reports and whitepapers on future-of-work implications
- Advise on R&D prioritization and innovation pipeline development
- Integrate ethical foresight frameworks into technology adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic roadmaps
