Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 5-year impact projections for 2026
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future scenarios and disruption opportunities
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership pieces published in industry journals and conferences
- Build and manage a global network of futurist practitioners and academic partners
- Quantify market risks/opportunities using predictive modeling tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
