- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for global challenges
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and their business implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused organizational culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or projects
- Experience working with cross-cultural, global teams
