Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socio-economic trends
- Develop strategic foresight roadmaps for 2026+ market landscapes and disruption vectors
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author high-impact trend briefings for executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Integrate foresight insights into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and disruption modeling
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in tech or consulting
