Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight initiatives mapping future trends and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation projects aligned with the 2026 vision
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Present future insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive the development of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives to adapt to future paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of leading successful strategic foresight projects
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Passion for creating sustainable futures and driving meaningful change
