Responsibilities
- Lead global trend analysis and horizon scanning across technology, geopolitics, and socio-cultural shifts
- Develop proprietary scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Design and executive foresight workshops for Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Translate complex data into compelling executive narratives and visualizations
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and maintain AI-powered trend-forecasting systems
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-range strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional data visualization and executive communication skills
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation forums
