Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry projections
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation initiatives
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports and risk assessments
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis methodologies, and forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
