Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies by 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Produce trend intelligence reports with actionable 18-36 month roadmaps
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate predictive analytics into foresight models
- Present strategic insights at industry summits and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
