- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients across aerospace, healthcare, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visioning
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models using proprietary analytics platforms
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate moonshot projects with trillion-dollar market potential
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global forums on future economies and governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy through futures research
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred)
