Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging technological trends and market disruptions through data modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and Web3.0 innovations for 2026+ market readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into executable business initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers for C-suite and investor presentations
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Innovation Lab
- Advise on regulatory frameworks and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global tech summits and futurist conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Published author in tech journals or frequent keynote speaker at global conferences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
