- Produce quarterly trend reports with 3-year predictive modeling
- Advolve in patent development for emerging technologies
- Represent the firm at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or trend analysis at Fortune 100 level
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Deep expertise in at least one: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate adaptation
- Exceptional storytelling ability for complex technical concepts
