Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum computing adoption and AI governance
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 100 partners to prepare for 2026 market shifts
- Author quarterly trend briefings on biotech convergence and decentralized infrastructure
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio targeting breakthrough technologies with 3-year ROI
- Spearhead the 'Horizon 2026' initiative to align 15 global R&D centers
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members at quarterly summits
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience with quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3.0 ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercialization projects
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
