Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise innovation and market positioning
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Design and implement foresight frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-oriented thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level future scenarios and roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic impact assessment
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Method, Delphi Technique)
