- Author high-impact strategic briefs for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track emerging technology adoption curves
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 5-year strategic horizons
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or policy frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario modeling techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-proofing strategies
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Cassandra)
