Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive foresight frameworks for 2026 market landscape
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends and innovation opportunities
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and scenario plans for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive organizational adoption of foresight methodologies and future-thinking culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
