Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and competitive positioning in rapidly evolving markets.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-economic, and geopolitical trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent the firm at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning (whitepapers, books)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic transformation
- MSc or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of high-impact trend analysis implementation
