As a thought leader in our Futures Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to identify inflection points in technology, society, and markets. Our team operates at the intersection of quantum computing, bio-integration, and sustainable infrastructure – where today's science fiction becomes tomorrow's business reality.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging macro-trends (2024-2026) through proprietary predictive modeling frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning roadmaps for clients adapting to post-quantum economy shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technology adoption curves
- Author white papers on societal impacts of AI-neural interfaces and climate resilience
- Advise on regulatory frameworks for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Interface with MIT Media Lab and World Economic Forum futurist working groups
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, futurism, or complex systems analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published work on 4th Industrial Revolution implications (2020-2030)
- Expertise in Monte Carlo simulations for trend forecasting
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 5+ year strategic pivots
- Proficiency in Foresight Pro and Palisade @Risk software
- Portfolio of 3+ horizon-scanning projects with measurable impact
